Reviews for the Honda 04 ATVs and ratings that help you find the best.

Fifth to Yamaha, Bombardier, E-Ton America, and Suzuki in overall ratings powersportsnetwork.com, the Honda ATV manages to rank high with over 300 reviews posted.  However, with the exception of Yamaha, the number of reviews per manufacturer is less than 150 which is something to keep in mind when considering the ratings.

The more reviews there are, the more representative the rating is going to be.  With over 20 reviews each, the 2004 Sportrax 250EX and the 2003 Sportrax 300EX are among the top rated Honda ATVs with this much response.

One owner who was dissatisfied with the Sportrax 250EX encountered problems when riding in mud and reported not being able to find aftermarket racing parts.  However, other owners commented that they had no problems riding through mud.  This vehicle is ideal for beginning riders.  It doesn’t have a lot of power, but helps get the new rider comfortable with their vehicle.

Another popular Honda ATV is the 2003 Sportrax 300EX.  Some owners enjoyed that this vehicle has an electric start, good suspension, and unlike the 400EX, a reverse system.  The primary complaints of this Honda ATV were that the placement of the choke made it hard to find and that the reverse system was complicated to use.
